Ava Newman

Summer Student

Ava is currently a student at the University of Calgary. She is entering into her second year of her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, with plans to pursue a career in medicine/sports medicine. It’s Ava’s first summer with the SCRUBS team where she has been supporting and assisting the team’s current projects, as well as looking to start a project of her own under Dr. White's supervision. 

 

In her free time, you’ll most likely find Ava crafting of some sorts, spending time with her friends, or outside enjoying the sunshine.
